they still haven't taken kristen in for surgery. very disappointing, but perhaps encouraging since it's not being regarded as an emergency procedure. don't fret, we're still just waiting for her to get wheeled in to the o.r. kristen reports that a nurse suspects they will reschedule for tomorrow. i am home with opa and the girls.

Wow, Ben, I just read the blog. We are thinking of you all; hoping that surgery goes well for Kristen and sending tons of good wishes. Can we visit Kristen in the hospital? Is she up for visitors? Is there anything we can do for you to help out? Hugs from Anna, Gabe and Emil
ReplyDeleteBen, I've known Kristen since elementary school and we spent many days together watching the Brady Bunch, idolizing Duran Duran and carpooling to CCD. It breaks my heart to hear she is going through this. All my prayers to you, your beautiful daughters and especially to Kristen. She is a fighter. Tell her I'm thinking about her. Knowing she is a friend has and will always mean a lot to me. Thank you for setting up this important link.
